Better Love and Sex is committed to customer server. Unlike sites that require complicated cancellation procedures designed to intimidate, we allow you to cancel any time you wish -- your self.

Just go to the page http://www.betterloveandsex.com/amember/member.php

Then login with your username and password. You will have a screen showing your membeship and allowing you to cancel.

Once you cancel, you will never be able to view any of the videos. They are encoded so that only members may view them.

Please note that cancellation must be done two days prior to your 30 billing cycle for the computer to not include you for the billing update and charge the card for the next billing cycle.
